No-bake fudge? I had never heard of such a thing before and was skeptical that this recipe would actually work. But it did and the final result was very satisfying!
The only thing I’m not sure of is whether the squares would stay firm at room temperature here in the tropics so I’ve kept them in the fridge. That way I don’t have anything to worry about.

Vegan No-Bake Peanut Butter Fudge

Ingredients:
3/4 cup vegan margarine
1 cup peanut butter
1 3/4 cup confectioners sugar
Directions:
1. Melt margarine over low heat.
2. Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter.
3. Gradually stir in confectioners sugar.
4. Put in 9 x 9 greased pan. Cool and cut into squares.

I have been vegan for about 9 years now, I have never tried making my own fudge! I missed the texture and overload of sweetness. This recipe turned out amazing! I melted the peanut butter with the margarine and then added the powdered sugar VERY slowly, and whisked it to death… I didn't have any lumping problems.
