Can I just say how surprised I am that “ciabatta bread” and “trinidad black cake” are now both tied as the most popular search terms used to find this site? Maybe I should not be as surprised by the Black Cake searches (this being Xmas time and all) but the popularity of my Ciabatta post definitely caught me off guard I hope that it makes your home as happy as it made mine!

Another popular post of mine is my Coconut Scented Rum Truffles. This was a submission that I created for the Sugar High Friday food blogging series. Since I have not yet linked to the roundup of the last series (the theme was truffles) I thought I would do so now. I love these online food challenges as not only do they really test your culinary creativity, they are also a great way to learn about new recipes, new cultures, and to meet other international bloggers with a love of all things food! I can’t wait to try some of the submitted recipes and I’m sure you’ll find more than a few to make your mouth water as well
