    Hi Nikki
I know that people think that homemade fried chicken is easy, but do you have your own post? Nigella Lawson gave me a great idea and I have been using it ever since (years ago).
She boild the chicken first then dips in a bater before frying to make sure the chicken doesn’t stay in the oil to long…
I modified that version to suit me but I think boiling first is best!

Marsha – Nigella is th3 evil. Ok now that I got that out of the way. It’s an interesting idea.. I don’t have a fried chicken post (yet). I actually prefer to baste them in oil, batter em and bake them in the chicken. Same taste, less waste :)
