Last Thursday was the debut of my G+ series “Sweet Han’: Caribbean Cooking With Sarina” and it really felt like the dawning of a brand new day. To go with that feeling I took my tablescape inspiration from the following Design Seed palate.

Isn’t it soothing yet cheerful? Funny how inspiration goes though. My goal was to get my hands on a buttercream tablecloth and matching napkins, as the backdrop to the overall theme. Unfortunately I was not able to in time, but I think my workaround holds it own just as well, though it be more on the sunset end of the color palette, than sunrise.
