While at the Taste of T&T 2007, I was approached by a Tourism guide who was polling attendees. While sharing my thoughts on the event (which will be posted by the end of the week, G-d willing) we got to talking about local food. She told me of the Indo fair, which began last week and runs until early June, and suggested I check it out. She is not the first to share a positive reaction to the offerings there so I’m going to do my best this week to check it out.
